Description of Wheel
First released as a Prize of CX-08 Random Booster Vol.7, Cerberus Flame W5-80WB, as part of the Xtreme Gear Sports Custom Line on July 19th, 2025, Wheel is an Assist Blade.
Wheel is entirely made of plastic, featuring an overall circular shape with three secondary contact points to support the Main Blade.
Additionally, this Assist Blade is thicker, taller and heavier than any other option available in the Custom Line. It is meant to have great synergy with the Flame Main Blade, having the exact same shape.
Wheel thick and smooth perimeter has a tendency to mitigate opposing Beyblade attacks, providing high defense and stability to the combination.
At the time of writing, this Assist Blade can be used with the Main Blade Blast to create what could be the best Custom Line combination. Blast and Wheel, combined together with a Bit such as Wall Ball can display competitive performances, having high stability, defense and stamina.
Due to its smooth shape, Wheel reduces recoil, making it less interesting in attack type combinations. However, due do its heavy weight and how good it is to mitigate incoming strikes, it can be used to improve the performances of any Custom Line Stamina/Defense combination.
Furthermore, its taller height helps to slowly destabilize opposing Beyblades sitting at a standard height.
Final Thoughts
Wheel is a real game changer in the Custom Line, proving how useful plastic can be in Beyblade X. Thanks to its great defense and stamina, This Assist Blade can be considered as a must have for any Custom Line collector.
