Description of Mobius Performance Tip

First released with the B-169 Variant Lucifer Mobius 2D Starter, as part of the Superking Layer system on July 18th, 2020, Mobius is a defense type Performance Tip.

This driver features tall height and a free-spinning conical sharp tip. This sharp tip creates low friction with the stadium floor, increasing Stamina potential. In theory, the limited friction also results in increased burst resistance. Furthermore, the wide diameter of the tip further increases stamina and defense potential by making the combination more stable.

The free-spinning nature of the tip combined with its tall height make Mobius shine in opposite-spin battles. Those attributes make this Performance Tip a great choice to counter spin-stealing/spin equalizing combinations. When compared to its successor Bearing Mobius, Mobius is slightly better in opposite-spin battles, but it is slightly weaker in same-spin battles.

As with every free-spinning component, some copies may have more or less free-spin. The Mobius copy found in the Devil Belial Giga Mobius-3 combo released with the B-194 Random Booster Volume 27 is the one with the most free-spin.

Mobius is a strong Performance Tip, designed to deliver high performances in opposite-spin battles. This driver has enough stamina potential to be used in a competitive environment, making it a brilliant addition in a player’s collection.

However, Performance Tips such as Bearing Drift or Metal Drift are safer options by being more reliable than Mobius in same-spin match-ups.
