Devil Belial Giga Mobius-3 is a right-spin defense type combination, released with the B-194 Random Booster Vol. 27 as part of the Dynamite Battle system on December 29th, 2021.
This stock combination features good stamina potential in opposite-spin battles. Furthermore, it comes with a recolored version of the Belial 1 DB Core, which is required to assemble the Holy King Belial Beyblade.
Blade : Devil
Devil is a right-spin Blade featuring three contact points.
Advertised as an attack Blade, in reality, this Blade will struggle to be efficient in an attack combination : it lacks weight, and its shape is not agressive enough.
However, Devil with F Gear is one of the best right-spin stamina Blades in the Dynamite Battle and Burst Ultimate systems.

DB Core : Belial 1

Forge Disc : Giga
Giga is an octagon-shaped Forge Disc. It is one of the heaviest Forge Discs in the Dynamite Battle and Burst Ultimate systems and it has great weight distribution.
Giga is highly versatile, it can be used in any type of combination.

Performance Tip : Mobius
Mobius features tall height and a free-spinning conical sharp tip. This sharp tip creates low friction with the stadium floor, increasing Stamina potential. In theory, the limited friction also results in increased burst resistance. See the complete article on Mobius here.
Armor : 3
The number “3” means that the weight is evenly distributed at three points. The three weight points of this armor will create synergy with the 3 main contact points of three-sided Blades, thus allowing the combination to hit harder and increase its movement. How to improve Devil Belial Giga Mobius-3
Friendly Use
In a non-competitive environment, this stock combination can be easily and quickly improved by attaching the F Gear to the Devil Blade. The “3” Armor creates synergy with this Blade, but it can be replaced with the “0“, “2“, “10” or “6” armors to improve the combination’s stamina potential.
With those upgrades, the combo will have good performances in opposite-spin battles.
Competitive Use
This Beyblade features at least two tier competitive component : the Devil Blade and the Giga Forge Disc.
Devil with F Gear is one of the best right-spin stamina Blades in the Dynamite Battle and Burst Ultimate systems, it has great stamina potential in both same and opposite-spin battles. Giga is highly versatile and effective in any type of combination.
Therefore, if a player has limited options at his disposal, both Devil and Giga can be used to assemble one stamina combination. The Belial 1 DB Core is not top tier, ideally a player would replace it with Kerbeus for burst-resistance or Perseus for pure weight and stamina potential.
Mobius can be used in a competitive environment, its height and stamina potential making the combination very strong in opposite-spin battles. However, Performance Tips such as Bearing Drift or Metal Drift would be safer options.
Finally, as mentioned above, the “3” Armor creates synergy with this Blade, but it can be replaced with armors such as “0“, “2“, “10” or “6” to improve the combination’s stamina potential.
The competitive combo could be something like : Devil + F Gear Kerbeus Giga Metal Drift-6.
Additionally the “3” Armor can be used in attack type combinations featuring a three-sided Blade (a Blade with three main contact points), such as Savior or Ultimate. “3” should be replaced with “9” when that option becomes available.
