Description of Destroy’
First released with Random Booster Volume 12 as part of the Cho-Z Layer system on October 20th, 2018, Destroy’ is the “Dash” version of the Destroy Performance Tip. The “Dash” version of a driver has a stronger spring, increasing burst resistance significantly.
Destroy’ features a star-shaped plastic tip, sitting under a free-spinning plastic disc.
The star-shaped tip allows aggressive movements and flower patterns, but being made of plastic, it comes with strengths and weaknesses. Compared to a rubber tip, which creates more friction, it is more difficult for Destroy’ to maintain a flower pattern. On the other hand, the lower friction of plastic results in increased stamina potential.
Furthermore, the free-spinning disc will allow the combination to maintain good stamina, re-stabilize itself if needed, and create LAD (Life After Death) potential.
Destroy’ has all the required attributes to make the difference against attack type combos, where this driver can out-spin or KO a combination using rubber tips. This Performance Tip can also be useful in the DB standard stadium, where rubber drivers tend to struggle.
With increased burst resistance, Destroy’ is a must-have in any player’s collection.
