Description of Dran Brave S6-60V
Released as part of the Xtreme Gear Sports Custom Line system on March 29th, 2025, Dran Brave S6-60V is a right-spin attack type combination. It is a Starter, it is sold with a Winder Launcher.
This Beyblade is the first attack type combination released as part of the CX/Custom Line, the third Beyblade X Line. It features customisable Blades, being made of three interchangeable parts : the Lock Chip, the Main Blade and the Assist Blade.
This stock combination is a classic attack type Bey, with decent knock-out as well as burst potential. As with every Custom Line model, the combination is slightly taller than other Beys from the Basic and Unique Line, because of the increased height of the customisable Blade.
As its name suggests, Dran Brave has multiple references to the Valkyrie line, an iconic Bey from the Beyblade Burst Generation. Brave is a reference to Brave Valkyrie, while Slash is a reference to Slash Valkyrie. The overall shape and design of Dran Brave is also quite reminiscent of the Valkyrie line.
Due to the fact that the contact points are made of both metal and plastic, recoil can be quite unpredictable, sometimes resulting in a feeling of randomness. However, the Slash Assist Blade also adds significant Burst potential to Dran Brave, making it a decent stock combination.
How to Improve Dran Brave S6-60V
This stock combination may be easily improved by replacing the Vortex Bit with Rush or its low variant, Low Rush. Rush and Low Rush offer more control, making Xtreme Dash attacks easier to perform.
Furthermore, both Rush and Low Rush will improve the combination’s stamina.
Players may also replace 6-60 with 3-60 or 1-60 for additional attack power.
At the time of writing, there are not many Assist Blades to choose from, and Slash has a good synergy with Brave. Assist Blades such as Charge and Turn can be interesting alternatives if players want to customize the Blade.
Final Thoughts
Dran Brave is a classic attack type Beyblade, with the usual strengths perks and weaknesses of this specific type : decent attack power, good Burst attack potential, and poor stamina. While none of its components seem to be huge game changers, as with all Custom Line models it allows players to customize their Beys with more depth than before.
Therefore, Dran Brave S6-60V is not necessarily a must have for competitive players. However, it can be a nice addition for collectors.
