Description of Hell Kerbecs Giga Wave

Hell Kerbecs Giga Wave is a right-spin balance type combination, released with the B-181 Random Booster Vol. 25 as part of the Dynamite Battle system on April 24th, 2021.

While released as part of the Dynamite Battle system, this Beyblade is a remake from the Metal Fight Beyblade generation. This means it does not have any Armor, Blade or DB Core, and it is not compatible with High and Low Modes.

The Wave Performance Tip allows this combo to engage a battle with slightly agressive movements if launched with a banked shot. However, the combination mostly behaves like a stamina type combo.

Energy Layer : Hell Kerbecs

Hell Kerbecs is a right-spin Energy Layer, a remake from the Metal Fight Beyblade generation. It has three main contact points featuring a metal lining.

Its overall design makes it difficult to use with other Beyblades from the Dynamite Battle and Burst Ultimate systems.

Forge Disc : Giga

Giga is an octagon-shaped Forge Disc. It is one of the heaviest Forge Discs in the Dynamite Battle and Burst Ultimate systems and it has great weight distribution.

Performance Tip : Wave

Wave features a very small and sharp plastic tip barely protruding from a flat round base. This lower part of the driver is sitting right under a wide fixed plastic ring, unable to tilt or rotate/spin.

This Performance Tip sits at a tall height, making it one of the tallest drivers in Beyblade Burst.

How to improve Hell Kerbecs Giga Wave

Friendly Use

Due to its unique Layer design, this Beyblade is more enjoyable when played with other “metal ” generation remakes.

However, even when used against other Metal Fight Beyblade remakes, this stock combination has poor to average burst resistance. Therefore, players can replace Wave with Wave’ or any “Dash” Performance Tip to increase burst resistance.

Competitive Use

Giga is the only competitive component featured in this Beyblade. It is one of the best Forge Discs available. It has great weight distribution, making it highly versatile. It can be used in any type of combination at a competitive level.

Final Thoughts on Hell Kerbecs Giga Wave

Being a remake from the Metal Fight Beyblade generation, Hell Kerbecs Giga Wave is not a strong stock combination due to its unique Layer design. However, this model features the highly competitive Giga Forge Disc.

Therefore, this Beyblade is not a must have for competitive players, but it can be a great addition for collectors.
