Description of the Hold Launcher
The Hold Launcher is a Ripcord Launcher released by Takara Tomy as part of the Xtreme Gear Sports Unique Line system. It was first released with the UX-09 Samurai Saber 2-70L Starter on November 2nd, 2024.
It is a very sturdy launcher, although it may feel uncomfortable for some players. It comes with a set of rubber grips, allowing players to customize the launcher according to their own personal preferences.
However, grip itself is not really the issue ; the problem comes from the size and length of the Hold Launcher. Due to its size and shape, players may struggle to find a comfortable launching position.
However, this launcher also introduces new ripcords, slightly longer than the standard ones. Since this new Ripcord is compatible with standard Winder Launchers, players who don’t like the Hold Launcher can still use its ripcord to increase their launching power.
