The required Blade is Phoenix Feather, released with the January 2024 issue of the CoroCoro Comic magazine.
The other required Parts are the red recolored variants of the 3-60 Ratchet and Flat Bit, released with the BX-17 Battle Entry Set.
In the manga, this Beyblade was created by Yggdrasil Inc. for the character Burn Fujiwara.
How to Improve Phoenix Feather 3-60F
This stock combination is coherent, and it is difficult to improve without altering its identity. Players willing to make the combo safer may want to replace Flat with Taper.
