Description of Emperor Might HOp

Released as a Deck Set as part of the Xtreme Gear Sports Custom Line system on November 1st, 2025, Emperor Might HOp is a right-spin Balance type combination.

As all models from the Custom Line, it features customisable Blades, being made of three interchangeable parts : the Lock Chip, the Main Blade and the Assist Blade. As such, this Beyblade introduced four components : the Lock Chip Emperor, the Main Blade Might, the Assist Blade Heavy and the Bit Operate.

This stock combination has a mode change gimmick created by the Bit Operate, which allows players to choose one of two modes before the Battle begins. Players can twist a plastic mechanism on Operate to play Emperor Might in “Attack Mode” or “Defense Mode”.

This Bit can make the stock combo difficult to control : with 14 gears, Operate can create fast, and sometimes erratic Xtreme Dash attacks. “Defense Mode” makes this Beyblade much easier to control, thanks to the small ball tip of Operate.

Furthermore, this Beyblade components are meant to be upgrades to team Persona Beyblades. As such, Might is meant to replace Arc from Wizard Arc, becoming Wizard Might R4-55LO. Heavy is meant to replace Slash from Dran Brave, becoming Dran Brave H6-60V. Finally, Operate is meant to replace both Kick and 4-70 from Hells Reaper.

Additionally, Emperor Might also makes Metal Lock Chips easier to get thanks to Emperor, the only alternative being the rare Valkyrie. Moreover, this Beyblade also introduces the first Assist Blade featuring metal parts, Heavy.

How to Improve Emperor Might HOp

At the time of writing, the easiest way to improve Custom Line combinations is to use the Assist Blade Wheel, the Ratchet 9-60 and the Bits Free Ball or Wall Ball.

However, players can create efficient variants, such as a “Push” oriented combination. The idea is to keep Wheel, and use 7-60 along with the Bit Rush. While the combination may look tall at first glance, it proves to be very efficient against top tier Attack type combinations.

Another interesting variant is to make the combination more defense oriented. Emperor Might Wheel can be combined with 9-60 and Wedge for a traditional Defense type combination. However, players can also use 7-60 and Hexa, resulting in high stamina and Burst resistance.

Final Thoughts

Since Valkyrie is a very rare Lock Chip, this Beyblade gives players an opportunity to have a decent alternative with Emperor. Therefore, this Beyblade can be considered as a must have for competitive players.
