Description of the Lucifer DB Core
Released with the B-206 Barricade Lucifer Illegal Bearing Mobius-10 Booster as part of the Burst Ultimate system on December 10, 2022, Lucifer is a right-spin DB Core.
There is a golden “H” on each upper side of this DB Core, a reference to Hyperion and Helios.
This DB Core has three thick locks, providing high burst-resistance. Furthermore, Lucifer has three “BU Locks”, grooves meant to interact with BU Lock compatible Forge Discs. Both Xanthus and Moon Forge Discs feature the “BU Lock” system, raised protrusions designed to interact with the DB Core “BU Locks”. This gimmick makes it more difficult for the Disc to progress, increasing burst-resistance.
Lucifer has high stamina potential, making it a strong option in a competitive environment. However, Kerbeus rubber slopes are usually preferred when high burst resistance is required. Furthermore, Perseus is usually preferred for its heavier weight and increased stamina.
Nonetheless, Lucifer is one of the best right-spin DB Cores, making it a must have in any Beyblade Burst collection.
