Description of V Gear
First released with the B-187 Starter Savior Valkyrie Shot-7 as part of the Dynamite Battle system on May 29th, 2021, V Gear is a Perfect Evolution Gear. It is compatible with the Venture, Almight and Adventure Drivers.
V Gear is a very good upgrade for the aforementioned Drivers, it improves defense, attack and stamina potential. First of all this Evolution Gear adds a lot of weight, Venture + V Gear weight is approximately 13,5 g instead of 7,8 g for Venture alone.
V Gear adds burst resistance by compressing the spring inside the driver. Furthermore, it increases the speed and overall mobility of the combination. It also adds LAD (Life-After-Death) potential.
Overall, V Gear is a real and interesting upgrade, increasing the attack potential of the Performance Tip.
This is noticeable in the Takara Tomy’s Standard arena, as well as the larger DB Standard stadium : Venture + V Gear can have decent results in the DB stadium, where rubber drivers tend to struggle.
V Gear may not be a must have in the competitive meta-game, but it remains a great addition in any Beyblade Burst collection.
