This Beyblade is a coherent attack type combination. It can have decent results in a non competitive environment, featuring the high attack potential of the Xiphoid Blade. This Blade can be interesting for both competitive players and collectors, since this black recolored variant is required to assemble the Xiphoid Xcalibur Xanthus Sword’-1 Demon Sword Ver.
Blade : Xiphoid
Xiphoid is a right-spin attack Blade, featuring a diamond shape with four contact points. One of the contact points has the shape of a sword tip protruding from the Blade, thus acting as the main contact point.
Xiphoid is a top tier attack Blade which is typically at its best when launched hard.

DB Core : Belial
Belial 1 is a right-spin DB Core with four locks, featuring the face of Demon King Belial. The four locks of Belial 1 are strong enough, resulting in average to good burst resistance. While not competitive, it is a decent DB Core with no major strengths or weaknesses.

Forge Disc : Karma
Karma features an aggressive perimeter, made of ten small upward sloping blades. This design is intended to create down force in a right-spin combination, and upper force in a left-spin combination.
This Forge Disc is outclassed in the Dynamite Battle and Burst Ultimate because of its lack of weight and OWD.

Performance Tip : Destroy’
Destroy’ is an attack type Performance Tip featuring a star-shaped plastic tip, sitting under a free-spinning plastic disc. The star-shaped tip allows aggressive movements and flower patterns.
However, compared to a rubber tip, which creates more friction, it is more difficult for Destroy’ to maintain a flower pattern. On the other hand, the lower friction of plastic results in more stamina.

Armor : 10
The number “10” means that the weight is evenly distributed at ten points. There are five points on each side of the armor making the weight evenly distributed at both sides of the armor. This weight distribution results in a perfectly balanced armor.

How to improve Xiphoid Belial Karma Destroy’-10
Friendly Use
In a non-competitive environment, this stock combination can be easily improved by replacing the Forge Disc. Fortress, Illegal, Over, Giga will all improve this combo, because Karma is too light and lacks OWD.
The Xcalibur DB Core can also be an improvement over Belial 1, because it is heavier and can create synergy with the Xiphoid Blade.
Competitive Use
This Beyblade features at least two top tier competitive components : the Xiphoid Blade, “10” Armor and many players consider Destroy’ as a great component as well.
Xiphoid can be used to create a top tier right-spin attack type combo. As mentioned above, Xcalibur DB Core can create synergy with this Blade, its gimmick adding weight toward Xiphoid main contact point. If Xcalibur is not available, then Perseus, Belial 2 or Belial 3 can be used instead. Perseus is a heavy, versatile DB Core and Belial 2 or Belial 3 “Burst Lock” system allow players to launch the combo with force without fear of a burst/self-burst.
“10” Armor is well balanced and versatile, but some players will prefer to use other Armors in this combo, such as “4“, “2” or “1“. “1” is used to add weight distribution toward Xiphoid main contact point, “2” is used to add balance to the combo.
Furthermore, Fortress, Illegal, Over, Giga can be great Forge Discs options in this combo.
When it comes to the Performance Tip, Xtreme’ remains the best option. In this specific combo using the Xiphoid Blade, it is recommended to use a copy of Xtreme’ in pristine condition. Raw speed and high launch power are required, therefore a worn copy may have disappointing results.
Final Thoughts on Xiphoid Belial
Xiphoid Belial Karma Destroy’-10 is a decent attack type stock combination. The stock combo can have decent results when playing with other non-optimized models. It features good components, including the top tier Xiphoid Blade, “10” Armor and Destroy’ Performance Tip.
Collectors may also be interested by this model to get the black recolored Xiphoid Blade, required to assemble the Xiphoid Xcalibur Xanthus Sword’-1 Demon Sword Ver.
